Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. Simply send a request to hello@jovenq.com within 14 days of delivery, and remember to include your order number in the email title. Our dedicated team will assist you promptly and ensure a smooth process.

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Please note that sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Returns

Domestic Orders: a $20 USD handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders: Just a heads up, we're not set up for returns or exchanges on these orders yet.


Refund Process

We understand the importance of a timely refund process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival and informing you that your refund is being processed. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment, deducting the shipping fee if applicable.

Alternatively, you have the option to receive a refund in the form of store credit. In such cases, we will cover all shipping and processing costs.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any duties and taxes paid are also non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. We apologize If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@jovenq.com with your online order confirmation number. Kindly include detailed photos of the damaged areas, capturing the front, back, sides, bottom, and interior of the product. Defective items must be returned within 30 days.
