How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs differ based on the destination of your order:

United States: Free shipping for all orders above $300 USD; flat rate of $25 USD for orders below $300 USD.

International: Rates will vary depending on your location.

 

When will I know if my order is shipped after placing an order?

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with information to track your order.

What are your return and exchange policies?

Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply send a request to hello@jovenq.com within 14 days of delivery. Please mention your order number in the email title and our team will help you as soon as we can.

Please note the items should be returned in perfect condition with all tags attached in their original packaging.

Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

What is your return shipping policy?

United States: The cost of return shipping varies based on your location. Any return shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund.

International: We apologize for any inconvenience but we're not set up for returns or exchanges on these orders yet.
